Tailored Air Suspension

With tight packaging constraints and low as low can go.

This is a custom designed triangulated 4-link air suspension system specifically for a clients 67 XP Ford Falcon. The client's mission objectives were, low as possible while keeping a normal usable Ute tub. The challenges here were fitting air springs and shocks under the tub floor while achieving enough suspension travel. By 3D scanning the car first and designing system around existing geometry we were able to package all the components and display a dynamic model to the engineer for a thumbs up before fabrication.

Carbon Fiber Dodge

This is a scan of a one-off custom-built Dodge charger. The client was after a 3D model, this would be used to design molds and create carbon fiber reproductions of the body components.

Engine Bay Cover

All the way from Queensland.

A customer was after a cover panel for his wiring harness in an XR6 Falcon. By using a 3D scan, we designed and fabricated his cover without ever seeing his car in person. The part was posted interstate and installed by the customer without a hitch.

One-off Ute Tray

Uniquely designed for a Ford ranger. This is an aluminum tray with side boxes, mudguards, trundle drawer and canopy. The Chassis and rear of the cab was 3D scanned to enabled a perfect fit tray that followed the shape and contours of the car.
