Custom Suspensions
Tailored Suspension Design
For the best performance, ride quality, and visual outcome, suspension should be designed around your specific vehicle and how you actually use it. Off-the-shelf solutions are built around compromises, custom suspension isn’t.
Every vehicle, build, and owner has different priorities. Whether the goal is improved handling, correct geometry, ride height control, packaging constraints, or a clean, considered look, a custom-designed suspension allows these requirements to be addressed from the start.

We use high-accuracy 3D scanning to capture the exact geometry of your vehicle and surrounding components. This allows suspension components to be designed directly from real-world data, ensuring accurate clearances, correct geometry, and aligning with our engineers' requirements the first time.
Designing from scanned data eliminates guesswork, reduces trial-and-error fabrication, and significantly shortens development time.
The result is a suspension system that is purpose-built, technically resolved, and tailored to your vehicle

True-to-Vehicle Design
This 4-link air suspension system was custom designed for a 1967 XP Falcon, where an off-the-shelf kit simply wasn’t a viable option. Tight design constraints meant that a generic solution would have required modification and compromise to achieve an acceptable result.
Instead, the entire rear section of the body and chassis was 3D scanned on site, capturing the vehicle’s true geometry. That scan data was used to design the suspension system from the ground up, allowing geometry, clearances, and component placement to be resolved digitally before fabrication began.
This particular client needed a usable Ute tub with a smooth ride quality and a low stance. So, all the components, shocks, bags, mounts, had to be packaged bellow the floor of the tub.
By designing around the vehicle from the start, rather than adapting a pre-made kit, the final system aligns with the client’s style, preferences, and intended use, without the guesswork or rework that typically comes with off-the-shelf kits.

This approach saves money, saves time and delivers a premium solution.
